scratching sounds coming from rear.
This is my sisters 2000 s500 with 73k miles. it has this scratching sound coming from the rear as i drive. I assume it has something to do with the parking brake because the parking brake doesn’t work either. It locks when u depress it but it has no effect on the car. any help would be greatly appreciated.
