Is it possible to remove the orange part of my 02 headlights?
I think they look awful, i think mercedes agrees because they removed it in the newer ones

Just replace the orange bulb to a clear bulb or hyper white!!

I thought the whole light was one peice and I cant possible diassemble it?

from what i remember its the bulb that is orange so just change the bulb out and viola, no more orange.

It's not an easy task you have to twist out the socket that holds the bulb. Yoiu might ask someone with small hands to get to the bulb.

On my CL the rubber O-Ring is also Orange which adds to the orange look. I replaced the bulbs with Silver bulbs that when lit, light orange, but still need to find a clear O-Ring.

So, most of the orange is gone, just a little will show due to the color of the o-rings at this time.

wat i was thinking was to paint them black so that only the blue shines.
