I recently replaced my thrust arms, lower ball joints, tie rods (inner & outer), torsion bar links and bushings. I was trying to get rid of the of the squeaking and popping when I go over imperfections or turning. I got rid of the squeaking because the ball joints were shot but the popping still persists when I go over bumps or turning the wheel at certain angles. When I jack the front end up and move the wheels there is no play at all. The popping noise is coming from the driver side.

Problem solved… it was a bad spring control arm bushing and the torsion bar links weren’t torque properly.
