Offset for S-Class??
Most S-class aftermarket wheels have about a 35mm offset.
so with your spec they are just about 5mm off. Which is all of a 1/4". they should fit.
Test fit them. and let the car be on static height and use a yard stick to see if the wheel will stick out or not.

The proper offset really depends on the width of the rim. Mostly 7.5" rims have an offset around 35. Most S-Class rims in 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, etc. have offsets around 45.
i was buying 19" AMGs 2 piece rims and the offset was 44 front and 46 rear so i called up MB to find out if they would fit and they said that it would and that is whats recommended by MB so i wouldnt suggest 35 front and 35 rear because it might be asking for trouble. also your warrant wouldnt cover if you break something
