Cam bus issues and I just today I have a no crank no start issue

Well I drive a 05 s500 w220.175 7 speed trans which am currently trying to figure out right now
Cam bus issues and I just today I have a no crank no start issue

Can some one please tell me how to diagnos the no comunication I got with the trans I have voltage down there scanner won't pick up a signal not even one of those u codes that's says no comunication it just seems like it's not there need help watch YouTube videos but the terminology they use I don't know man but am on a 05 s500 w220.175 5.0L and well befor it was connecting then I notice that I had to retry it a couple times to connect then nothing I have power in the obd 2 port and I measured volts on pins 6 14 but at the moment ama go disconnect the ground from the battery and read the resistance see from there but next step would help me out and the step after that would appreciate it

Has the car ever run correctly since you’ve had it or did you just buy it not running? If it ran correctly before , tell us what happened before the current problems , did it sit unused or did the battery drain or what ?

Well I drive a 05 s500 w220.175 7 speed trans which am currently trying to figure out right now
Myabd for late response but when I got it it was smooth I had comunication and that only thing it needed was a secondary air pump to past smog while changing that I broke a vacum line that connects to the bottom front of the manifold so I had to take out the manifold and ended up breaking all the vacum hoses yea they were that old we'll am a junk yard baby u know so got everything from there right the only thing that was on was the srs and the esp but the esp wat it will do is that from park to drive I would go like 5 to 6 mph and it will brake on its own and the sound it will make didn't sounded like regular breaking it was like a clacking grinding nose right I bypass it by connecting my xtool d7s I would go to esp module and click live data it will disable the eps and like that I still had the steering wheel working cool cause wat I was doing befor was taking that fuse in the back of the fuse box that's located in the engine compartment passenger side but when I did that my steering wheel will get stiffer didn't like that so when I found out about the scanner n all that's wat I did so after all that I had change all the hoses did some Mikey mouse work but it work still does but I had started noticing that on the hiway I would hit a certain speed when that happen it did this I would give it gas instead of speeding up it will slow down some so I would put it on neutral turn of and on wait just a lil for my scanner to conect once it did I will put it on drive and it was cool keep in mind am in bakersfeild and I would drive this car to LA and back we'll that issue happen multiple times we'll one day half way to LA it does it again but this time when I started it back on it was in limp mode so I got off freeway and parked by this time I was noticing that when I connect my scanner it won't read the tcm module I would scan and rescan and it will read it but that day I decided to change out the tcm which I have done in the past befor we'll by now I already had lost comunication with the tcm so me not knowing I had a 722.9 I didn't know I needed to program it after install and the original tcm I ended up breaking were the plug goes so can't read that and I had got a tcm from junk yard that is not with same part number and put it on like I said I didn't know till afterwards the other tcm that I installed in the past was 00 s500 that one had a 722.6 I thought they were the same but naw so now I just got my topdon smart with the t ninja box I seen on YouTube that u can get the file from the ecu and flash it to the tcm
that's the vid we'll I only got 1 file out of that cause unfortunately the I can't get coding due to the fact that ecu model 2.8 is still under development how I got the first file was cause I seen an option for ecu2.8.1 viewed wire diagram on how to connect to t ninja box and wat do u know it read so I back that up3 times I still need the coding file there wasn't an option there but trying to see how I can get it we'll I figured out that by switching to my xtool I can get coding from there but how do I transfer that file to the topdon I tried to send it tru bt and it transfer there but the file just says is incompatible or corrupted so yea idk and this just happen today when I went to car to do it's morning warm up so battery won't die like it has befor we'll now it won't crank or start now will up load diagnostic but when u see it notice that the tcm ain't ganna be there when it should I have not virginize or program it to the car so it should pop up but it don't and I also notice befor the no crank or start I would start car and the ac will turn on it never done that befor so idk all I know is that I need to establish comunication with tcm soon cause am starting school this week to become a automotive technician and the urber can be expensive so yea tbh am just thinking bout re wiring the whole thing and be done with it add some heatshrink sleeves to wrap it truout the wires and not worry bout that again u know and I apologize for the long story but u did ask for it hopefully u have some insight on this anything will help appreciate

Tcm won't work were the plug goes in it snap off and by the way with the other tcm in it still turned on I was warming up car even after that regardless I still have no comunication with tcm so i belive it will be pointless right now cause if I can't pin point the source ama just gut it out and either rewire the whole thing or or see wat I can do idk man tbh I might just do that and be done with it and have peace of mind u know but I really don't want to were can I start

Plus this wat cam bus tester shows on pin 6 & 14 no lights were on my k line and l line r yellow and tbh I just don't know we're to start

With all due respect, you were working on the air injection pump and broke the manifold , you worked on the conductor plate and broke that , worked on the Tcu and broke that.

While that might be ok for your personal car , you said your going to mechanic school and you can’t just break parts off customers cars and bill them for it . Only hack mechanics do that . You need to learn to work on your car without braking everything in sight. The attitude that “oh it’s ok I’ll grab some junkyard parts “ doesn’t always work as you can see many parts are coded to a specific. Car . And you can’t run to get junkyard parts for a customer car

u got it wrong I didn't break mani fold the hose that connects to it at the bottom was so dry I berly touch it and it snap right off like all the other hoses and the tcm yea I should have been more careful ur right bout that but it was stuck there like I had to really push it down and I can only say I could have been at a wrong angle or something and the tcu yea I didn't break that the people I got it from didn't seem to do any maintenance on it maybe just the oil change but I doubt that to found a lot of material in the trans nothing big just particles wise right but it was alot it's still good was running smooth still so yea befor u think wrong bout my ability's I would just like to put that out there u know I even redid the head covers and wat I found inside worrys me tbh it had like flakes from wat I don't know dirty man I swear but yea like I know wat am doing until I don't u know but the hoses like literally I berly touch it and snap there were that fragile the hoses in the back we'll could do nothing there like literally if u would have work on them hoses it would have broke on u to doubts trust me when I say that
