S500 Exhaust tips
Hi
There two variations of exhaust tips available - dual tips (i.e. two single tips) and quad tips (i.e. two dual tips).
There are some stores have it for sale (I can get you links if you want) but the best place to get the same tips (typically from the same retailers) - eBay.
Run your search for Mercedes Quad Exhaust Tips .
This one of the seller who sells these tips a lot:

Quad tips (the style I prefer) should cost you no more than $220 (delivered & insured).

a warning to you though. These tips look very nice when viewing the car from the back but when you look at them from the site they look fake. They seem to be floating as my friends would say
