Anyone have problems with interior burlwood cracking?

Gosh, for what I paid for my W215 CL, what a ripoff it has been. One thing after another.......I have had the car for a year this coming January, and in that time the steering rack has had to be replaced, there have been numerous ABC air suspension issues, the windshield cracked (even though it was no fault of mine, I had to pay for it), and now I notice my woodgrain center console has 2 small cracks in it, and the drivers side woodgrain piece, where the seat functions are, is also cracked a little. Of course, a new center console wood piece is $1500.
I assume the wood issues are not covered by Starmark, even though they happened naturally? Looks like I will be going back to Lexus after this, my old SC400 with 200k miles gave me less problems than my CL. It was 1/10 the price too.
