Buying a 2000 S430
My sister is buying a 2000 S430 for around $27000. Is there anything in particular to watch out for? How much do extended warranties usually run for these things? I'm kinda skeptical about it because our last first-year S-class, a 1992 500SEL, is currently sitting with a dead transmission. Plus all the new electronics in these things...

You may find that the 2000 S-class may have issues with the air-matic suspension and A/C that isn't cold enough.

yes Extended Warranty is worth gettin..like Fkong said the 00 models had many many issues with COMAND system, suspension, A/C, & Transmission.
