rattles ?

rattles ?
Wondering if any member experience rattles in a S-class
2002 S430 with 48K miles.
Interior - I have a rattle on passenger seat . seem like the headreat rattles.
Exterior - I have a exhaust rattle. This rattle only happens when the car is hot. when I park in my garage I have it in "park" and rev the engine I hear rattles under the car. seems to be right under the front seats. It doesnt rattle when I just start the car. Only when it is time to park after a distant.
small rattles but annoying. Any one have these problems?

OK Thanks. I thought it was something like that but not really expecting that from a Mercedes. My BMW has 124K miles and never have problem with exhaust except for 1 broken rubber donut hanger.
If it get worst I will bring it in. Not that bad right now.
