S-class compared with elder sisters
and the second one is a nice one
but the latest one 2006 looks like the ugly huge American cars in its design ( interior & exterior )

I am so sorry really I am a new member and the repost is unintentional
thank u all
and I hope to owne a S-clsss MB
but all what I want to say is that the designer of the new S-class sacrified by the MB character , so when u see the new S-class for the first time it is not easy to recognise it as a MB
may be it looks like an English car specially from its back
thats all waiting for your respectable opinion

What part of Cairo are you from? I have family there, and have been there 5 times in the past 15 years, lot has changed. Last time I went was 2002 i think. Took a cruise down the nile to Aswan...amazing time.
I responded on the aforementioned thread. I will post again here, in the same light as before.
The new S-Class seems small inside with an obvious lack of headroom and frontward legroom. The exterior is reminiscent of a Volkswagen with Ford Focus fender flares. The rear, despite the Bangled trunk, looks similar to a Chrysler 300C. The front is, again, much like a Focus.
It's ugly, and has no soul or charm from pictures. I will never appreciate it as a work of art.
I don't know how many of you are like me. Once I am turned off from a car model, no matter how much time passes, it still seems as ugly as it did when I first took notice. Cars do not "grow" on me. And they never will, indeed.
