yea its a funny situation in Korea.

MB hq is not direct with MB Korea
it links off a branch in south east asia.
Some how this company called han sung has the rights to dealerships in korea. Now this han sung supplies the wood trims in all MB's. anyways long story short.
Direct imports or so called Grey Imports like mine
they hate to fix... and takes alot more effort to claim warranty...

well you should find a way to work it out, if major systems fail you will be paying a lot of money to fix it.
