It was the BEST driving experience I've ever had...just out of this world. I have driven comparable BMW and Lexus, but this car is the best in terms of handling, comfort and ride. I'm LOVING IT!
I think i'm the first one on the board to own the 07 S550...LOL

Since my lease expires 10/08 it will be too soon to step into the new 212, already did the 211 & CLS, so now I’m planning on moving higher up the food chain to the 221. By ’09 I’m thinking any technical issues should have been cleared.

Production now has eliminated the "shark" and they are using the small bubble type on the trunk like my S430. That I can live with since on my S430 it does not stand out like the shark one.

All these cars are very comparable in driving especially the W220 & 221. The W140 drives a little heavier than the other two. W221 feels a bit more smoother and refined in acceleration compared to W220. When you push down on the pedal, the acceleration is very smooth and you almost don't feel the gear shifts. Acceleration during high speed is also very potent.
I will probably take the pics of all 3 over the weekend when these cars will be together.
