Nevada i saw the pic in ur sig was kind of low quality.. i dont know if u wanted it that way but w.e.. i took ur big pic and cropped it and this is a better qualityy.

Actually the post above of the two shots are two different images from a similar position but one is more "zoomed" than the other.

Thanks. Hold off on the 30D Newt...they should be replacing that maybe by fall or next spring at the absolute latest.

I`m wondering this too, because I intended to go for AMG pkg on my S320cdi but canceled when they told me that there are no oval pipes in the rear bumper like the S550 with AMG pkg.

S550 Pic
Shot these today while having lunch at the local casino. On top of the parking garage. Still looks pretty good after 14 months and 12,300 miles...

Your latest shots are excellent Brad. I have a few more years experience with the camera and improvements will come the more you shoot. I shoot in RAW mode and tweak with PS so that has a lot to do with control of the image.

Those pics I took were not touched up at all in ps. I cant imagine how much better they'd look if i did.
I shot those with speed set to 800, and normal daylight mode or Automatic.

If you shoot RAW you can correct for exposure and other factors with PS.

I thought 800 meant it was a faster shutter speed than 200.

Set your ISO to 200 and shoot at Aperture Priority. You set the aperture to the setting that provides you the depth of field you want. Once the aperture is set the shutter speed will be automatically controlled. Likewise you can set the shutter speed to meet the subject matter (called Shutter Priority) and the aperture will be set automatically. 200 ISO will provide you excellent quality images.
