The online manual available for the S:

has a section on the RSE system where you can learn a lot more.

- It will be pricey, something like $5K-$6K according to the rep I spoke with. The reason is because rather than just using an alternate headrest with the lcd display built-in, the entire seat back is different to accommodate the lcd. By the way, the lcds are 8" each vs the standard 6.5" for headrest mounted displays which may explain why they couldn't just go the inset in the headrest route.
- From the description and the user manual detail, it appears that it's a single disc player only. It's mounted in the rear armrest along with the playback controls. There could be some separate option for a DVD changer in the trunk or a way to use the in-dash DVD changer to feed the screens, but I haven't seen it. That rear armrest also has 2 aux A/V inputs though for separate sources.
- Not 100% sure on this one, but you may not be able to control the RSE system from the COMAND controls up front. Why would you want to do this? If you have kids too young to use the controls themselves, it's nice to be able to start the system for them up front. I can do this now in my wife's Range Rover Sport and it makes the system a lot more useful to keep them occupied, especially on longer trips.
