Problems with my new S550!!!

The problem is, I don't have one yet. I figured the title would get me a little more attention. Anyhow, what are some of you new owners out there paying these days? What kind of lease is MB offering? Many thanks!

Not a popular title to start this thread...after years of seeing this for real the natives are restless...:-)

Contact Greg at Glauser in Denver and he will give you the best deal going. Anywhere else you will most likely find List price.

I did a 2 year lease on my LE at 7500 miles a year. And the payment is $200 more than what I would have paid if I had put down 20g for 5 years at a 5% interest rate. When I leased the vehicle, I just paid the first payment and taxes and tags up front. Save about $12500 in up front out of pocket costs.

7500 miles a year is kind of low isn't it? I don't drive that much because I am retired but for someone young like yourself you will expend that 7500 in nothing flat, even with a second car.

I don't lease anymore...it's mine and I can do anything I want with it. If I had leased the 2006 S430 I would not be in a 2007 S550 this weekend...:-)

I did the lowest mileage because its better to pay the penalty at the end if there is one, rather then to finance the extra miles that I may or may not use over the 2 year period. Plus with the money I saved in upfront out of pocket costs, I can invest that and come out just fine. I also didn't want to be committed to a note and possibly be upside down.
