Jack I will have to agree with you. Our cars look nearly identical in the option list and what have you. We have P2 as well.
I love the Nav system on this S class and if my mother can use it, anyone should be able to. Far more intuitive than MMI or iDrive and the ride and presence is commanding. Are you impressed with the overall fit and finish over the W220? I know my father is and he can't wait to get his S600 in a few weeks.
I am simply amazed at all the little creture comforts the car has and mostly I love both LCD's. They look better than my 24" widescreen Dell display at home or office. Overall I dont think any premium full size car will hold a candle to this new W221. By far the best automobile I have ever purchased.

More importantly no one has reported any problems with all this "stuff" on the new W221 model, that is so important. If Mercedes can get a "recommended" from Consumer Reports for first year reliability this S will go down as the car that really brought Mercedes back full circle. I'm stunned by how well this car is doing in terms of sales and so far trouble-free operation......lord I hope it stays that way. Dare I say all those months of spy photos showing all that testing paid off!!!
Neveda Jack, I don't know if I asked you this before, but have you ever worked as a photographer? Any troubles with your S???

No problems to this point...my sales rep said he delivered 30 S550's in March and has not had one call back on any problems. He said this is so different than the past couple of years with the older models. I think they did their homework well on the S as well as the R and ML.

Hello NJ, is there an option to show different icons on the Navi display things like gas stations, resturants, and schools? I know that some Navs system will even show you the name of the gas station.

Again, you show beautiful pics! I'm quite impressed with the new S-Class thanks to your pics and info!
Maybe MB should not only hire you for pics but......sales as well!
