What do you gentlemen think of Lorinser kit for S550?

It is kind of growing on me from certain angles.

Not finding that front bumper to be that agressive at all. I prefer the AMG bumper.

I rather get the stock body, and add some nice wheels to it.

I think the AMG kit look the best in the Benz sedan, next is Brabus, or equally look, depend on color.

Lorinser doesn't fit my taste, I think they're a bit getto

Btw, My service advisor told me that the R-class is the ugliest and hardest Benz to move.

LOL There is a reason why he is a service advisor and not a salesman.

I think its one of the most beautiful vehicles and I see plenty of new R's each day here in SoCal particularly San Clemente.

I agree AMG kit makes new S look very musculine. It is almost automatic, guys love AMG kit, women like stock look.

Out of all aftermarket kits I like Kleemann's the best.

My guees is there are two kits one is more aggressive than the other. The agreesive one has, what can only discribed as "shark gills" next to the front door on the fender.

Cool

I guess I should introduce myself; my name is Jim Dunphy, I am the Brand Manager for BRABUS and I have worked in this side of the business for 16 years, formerly CEC was the US importer for LORINSER, and recently LORINSER has established their own distribution in the US.

Because CEC has a long successful history in the aftermarket, it made perfect sense for us to position ourselves with BRABUS, in March of this past year we finalized our agreement with BRABUS and have incorporated all the CEC brands in the Newport facility, and have expanded the BRABUS line to our other CEC locations, as well increased the Nationwide distribution on the wholesale side.

I posted here to get feed back, and see what people discuss in the market, I appreciate comments both postive and negative, whether it's my brand or someone elses, it is good to here and see everyone's opinion, and I hope you guys don't mind my chimming in once and a while

The Lorinser kit is definitley ghetto. I see plenty here in Miami. Bill Ussery in Coral Gables sells some of their cars with the Lorinser rims alone, but i havent seen any of the body kits on cars in the dealership. Might be a reason. The Brabus looks dam nice, but if u could post pics of the other angles of the car, it would be appreciated.

T

ps......how much?

I am sure saleman would love to hype up the R class, so that they could move the car off the lot. After all, Mercedes is paying dealer extra $5K for each car sold. Lot of saleman would vow their mother soul to sell a car, especially when there's an extra $5K bonus.

VW is doing even better w/ the Phatom: $10K to dealer for each car sold.

AMG, Lorinser and Brabus are all nice. Although the WALD one is one of the cleanest and my favorites...i think they way to look at it is aftermarket tuners for Mercedes and cars in general is fashion. Some people will like the wild look of Lorinser, some the clean traditional look of AMG or Brabus, and some the refreshing look of a newcomer like WALD.
