We've put in a total of 4 quarts. I don't remember at exactly how many miles we did it, but the first time was 1 quart and I'm guessing it was under 4k. The next time I think around 8K miles we added 2 quarts. I think we had service A around 9k, then at about 11-12k, we added another quart. Not sure what they checked when I took it in for this issue, but they said they didn't find anything unusual.
