I see. Thanks for the info.

I'll bet a lot of salespeople misspell arctic, too.

I thought that this car was an early built car because it has the night assist. That option is not even available at the moment because it is on back order. Also, i dont mind the difference in the whites because it barely noticable. As for the amg package; i will not be getting it. I decided to go with a more classy look. Amg seems to be sporty for the purpose of this car. I will probably just tint the windows to 35% all around and leave it at that. Should i get a better deal if it has been sitting in the dealer for a few months?

I have one very important question to ask. I have owned many cars, but have never leased one under my business name. I was wondering if you guys recommend that. I will probably purchase it under my small jewelry business. Is their anything i should be worried about. All my friends laugh at me because i usually take large risks, but have never done this. If anyone has an advice on if i should or should not lease it under my business name, let me know. I do not like to be oditted because it puts a lot of stress and work on my shoulders. Some accountants are telling me that if i lease the car under the business name, i will be oditted. Let me know. Thanks....

I think the only one that can answer these questions for you would be the accountant that actually does your books, you should probably ask your attorney too if you are really worried.

Oh I see...you meant audited.

I don't think leasing a car through your business will trigger an automatic audit, either for the person or for the business. Otherwise there will be a lot less automotive lease business out there.

My brother used to lease his car through his business and just recently changed due to licensing (business in NYC, lives in NJ - car had to have NY tag which means Manhattan insurance even though he drives on a NJ DL).

I've always leased my car personally (same licensing and insurance considerations) but my company pays my monthly lease payments and my accountant makes sure that I account this as a taxable benefit so I do pay tax on it, albeit not grossly out of proportion with the benefit.

Either way, as long as you keep it all above board, it shouldn't be a problem.

Actually, you can still get night assist. It's just not particularly easy to get. Like many of the other options, they have a limited number that they can/will do.

But my car, which was built just last week, has night assist.

In fact, I didn't even want it. But my dealer talked me into at least trying it since it's so hard for them to get cars with this feature. The car he traded for in the production schedule already had night assist scheduled.

Wow thats pretty sweet. Do you mean your own business pays your payments, or do you work for another company?

It's my own company, so it's still coming out of my pocket!

I am still trying to find a car. The white one is at Calstar Mercedes in Glendale, and they are asking $1550 for a 4 year lease with $5 down and 10k annual mileage. I am not willing to pay that price. If they would bring the price around $1400, i would get it. I have found a arctic white on savanna with the p2, ipod, wood steering wheel, and electronic trunk closer on a ship. Its msrp is at $91850. Im trying to work out a deal on this car. It does not have 19" multispokes, nor does it have the pano but i can add the multispokes when i get the car. I guess i will have to live without pano. Also, calstar is not allowing anyone to swap the white car therefore i can only get that one from them.

Ok, i am currently working out a deal with Vadim. He is a great guy with a lot of patience. He found me car with p2, wood steering wheel, and electronic trunk closer. It is arctic white on savanna. It has a 91,500 msrp. I didnt get the other white car because they were asking way too much. I am planning on either ordering the 19" multispokes for this car, or i might go with lorinsers. What do you guys prefer? 22's or 20's?

Got the car!

Saturday morning Vadim gave me a call and said that he will give me the white one for $1350. I went to pick up the car, but changed my mind on the white color. I already have 2 whites cars and i do not have any blacks. I found the exact same car with black on savanna. It has p2, wood steering wheel, and electronic trunk closer. I have ordered the 19" multispoke wheels. I will post pictures when i receive my wheels.
