A Few Questions...
Here are some questions I have about the S.
1. Has anyone been successful in disabling the keyless go "do not forget your key" chime? I've searched other threads and haven't found anything definitive. Also, in another forum someone mentioned hitting the left steering wheel button to temporarily turn it off. That didn't work for me either.
2. Is there any way to enable a beep/chirp when locking/unlocking the doors?
3. I noticed that the auto headlights turn on automatically when the switch is set to 0(off) and A(auto). Is that right?

1. The menu button trick will not work for the 221 - sorry. The only way to disable the KG beeping it is to have the dealer flash the instrument cluster with the most recent software version. This version no longer includes the beeping.
2. Not sure, might be an option in the Star Diagnosis. I like this also and it is already included on the E and CLS.
3. Sounds like you have your headlamp mode (in the multi-function display) set to constant. This is basically the daytime trunning lamp. If you set to manual, the lights will be off in the 0 position and on when dark in the auto position.
