I love the mountain view and the downtown LA view must be awesome as well, especially at night. That sink is amazing too. Here are 2 pics of my view...closing in 3 weeks if all goes well. Biscayne Bay and the Miami Skyline. Golf course being redone....that is why it is brown.

Gorgeous view. Im assuming the house is a spanish styled house? Also, are their a lot of crocodiles in that area? I love Florida, but they have the crocodile problems, and the hurricanes. What part of Florida is that at?

Hey everyone,
curlytoons: When i originally talked to Vadim about the car, i had decided to purchase the car with white on biege. Therefore he had prepared that car and it did not have the plates drilled in. But when i got to the dealer, i decided to take the black on which was a dealer swap. The other dealer had already drilled in the plates. They had put not 2, but 4 holes into the bumper. Therefore i decided to cover them up with this plate. I really didnt care because Vadim gave me a deal i couldnt resist. I honestly recommend contacting Vadim if you guys are looking at getting an MB. He doesnt waste your time with BS, he gives you his straight out best deal and no other dealer even competes.

Do you mean alligators? None in Biscayne Bay, which is that view from my condo. There is a rare species of saltwater crocodile, but it is not nearly as aggressive as the african or australian crocodiles you see on TV. Not aggressive at all. And i have only seen them at night cruising around the marina looking for dead fish from the fish cleaning station. The alligators are in lots of canals and lakes around Miami.

After the lease is up on the 745, im either going to buy a quattroporte, lease the 08 model 7-series (should come out a little later after my lease ends), or im going to get a suv (g55, cayenne turbo s, or a range rover supercharged). I guess i have to wait till the time comes.
