Thinking of NevadaJack.....
Got a call late this afternoon from NJ. After a scheduled visit to the doctor today, they found a blood clot in his groin area. Luckily it was caught early but unfortunately he has been admitted to the local hospital for a few days for treatment.
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he recovers.
Ironically, he would have been in Denver this week taking delivery of his now cancelled GL.
I'll keep you posted if I hear any more.

When I was considering my W221, I started following these forums and immediately was stuck after his posts specifically. Made my decision easier and for sure the time waiting for his car to arrive first and then the long days following until my car delivery.
He is so warm and friendly, and also knowledgeable. Anybody who has read his story would be with us hoping the very best for him.
Get well greetings from about the opposite site of the globe too.
PS. I hope my words are appropriate, haven't learned too much my English for this kind of a topic, might say unintentionally something wrong.

Thanks AS for the post and thanks everyone for the nice words and thoughts. Always nice to know good people are helping you out.
I am on a blood thinner to work on the clot and have excellent care. My ocologist who treated my dear wife for 7 1/2 years and also me for prostate cancer for the past 5 years is about as good as they come. She will monitor my progress and hopefully all will work out well.
As a cancer survivor let me advise all you guys to get your PSA checked if you are 40 or older. A digital exam annually and the PSA will put you on the leading edge of any problems and as with all cancers, the earlier you find it the better the prognosis.
