No not really, any auto accessory shop should be able to handle it..A buddies shop of mine charged me 2 hrs labor but they did a really thourough job and took about 3. You have the option of installing it over the existing sill, i decided to remove the exisitng one and put the new one in its place..I thought it was better. But its up to you.
