ABS Light turns on suddenly 1995S320

If someone can help me on this before i take it to a mechanic. My ABS light on 1995 S320 turns on sometimes while getting out of a parking spot and later the steering wheel becomes too tight.It goes away if restart the car. If someone had this issue resolved please respond back. Thanks
