Simple - with the screen in NAV mode, just turn the COMAND wheel counter clockwise (zoom in) and you should be all set.

did you play with the settings? If not have the dealer see if there is an update to the NAV that fixes this problem.

Do you mean "no street names" even if zoomed to the maximum? I've seen screen shots of some US cities with a lot of small streets where not all streets are "printed" but if you put the cursor on the street, the name will be shown. You should always be able to navigate to that street. But this was not a W221 and I have not seen this in my car for any of the streets I've looked at.

Can you post an example photo with max zoom on the map?

Traffic info is not available if FM stations at your area do not broadcast it. Have you checked the coverage for your area?

I'm afraid the dealer cannot do anything unless you have an outdated disc in which case you can by a new one.

I think I have the same problem. even on max zoom it won't display the street names. My dad's S65 works fine and so does my mom's S550. For some reason the CL63 won't work.

I checked all the settings and everything is fine. Any suggestions before I take it to the dealer?

It could still be a "temporary" service interrupt at the chain providing traffic info through FM radio to your area. Do you have any opportunity to check that with another device that is using FM radio to receive the info? I guess your FM radio is working fine.
