Wow, Guppy, this was one of the lowest threads I have ever seen someone start on this forum in the years I have been a member. I (also) suspect you are a forum member who has adopted a new screen name because WSH has offended you and you can’t face him any other way but to attack him in a public forum (behind a screen name). I would have pm'd you with this post, but I want everyone to know that I enjoy WSH's wry sense of humor a lot (I have so many hearty laughs over his sense of humor), as well as enjoy his contributions to the forum. He's owned almost every high-perf car on the planet. Guppy, think twice before starting a thread like this again. It really makes YOU look bad. Sue

I value WSH's insight. He is knowledgeable, knows his cars very well. He always has the latest information/tech. specs. on upcoming S/CL/63/65's. He is a long time contributor to this site and people should just back off.

No. I look forward to his posts. He has a unique way of putting his point across. Like others have stated, he has an interesting personality even on the net, hard to do IMO. Yes he does think Lexuses and BMWs are death traps, but I know he doesn't really believe that. He is just putting the S-Class over IMO. Waiting to see what he says and more importantly buys next is one of the major reasons I still post here. If he gets a SL65 AMG Black Series I will seen it all.

OK... I just read a handful of his posts in other threads and I dont see anything offensive/annoying/stuck up. I think he just offended the OP in some way or another in a thread and the OP took it too seriously. Grow up and move on. Either that or resolve this by PM.

He definitely invented the "/" and he believes that the pano roof will decapitate your family!!!!
However, he has been here long enough that he has earned his stay. I enjoy reading his parallel universe reasoning and have come to expect nothing less from him.
I have even shocked my self when I have agreed with him a couple times.
p.s.> as stated above I highly doubt "Guppy" is a newbie.....Unless he is WSH, then the joke is on us

i have been on this forum for quite some time, and have yet to see WSH degrading another forum member. Perhaps im blind? I appreciate the posts that WSH contributes to the forum, as they are informative, and filled with experience. Whom better to tell one about an S Class, than a person whom has had s 600s, 65s, 63s? Perhaps you should start to post on mbworldforwomen.org, if you have such lady like feelings?

Well, starting a thread about WSH?! I myself have replied to a couple of posts of his, as sometimes comments he makes really irk me, but starting a riot on the guy hardly seems a thing adults should get into.
IMHO, WSH displays more of a tramp/poser personality than anything else. All comments he makes have a hearsay depth to them and honestly, I hardly believe he owns what he says he does. That said, there is some sort of entertainment in hearing what he has to say. I say, WSH keep it up. Guppy, grow up!

Most woman are tougher than that (Guppy) anyways. I think trumpet1's comment is correct. This was a "hit and troll." We won't see "Guppy" around on other threads much/for long. (oops, sorry, I used the slash mark.

I enjoy reading WSH's post's. Sometimes his format/style is a little hard to read but I find it interesting.
I can almost bet he will never post in this thread based on other times I have seen people post negative comments about him.
He know there will be no reward for posting and defending himself in a thread like this.

slash talking is a superb vehicle for communicating/relaying a mass of profound/insightful meaning in a tidy/condensed/space efficient format...The S-Class is a superb vehicle too...
(Or lay off WSH and lets get back to talking about the cars)

Presumably, we're all here to chat about cars we enjoy....IMO, a forum w/o irreverent/sarcastic/brutally candid comments about cars (of any brand/model) is a waste of time...any car has strengths/weaknesses....not sure why some would take someone else's observations re: weaknesses of any car so personally....
