Anyone have seat noise?

What a day.

I still have the seat noise, has been in the dealer for 3 times aleady.

The seat doesn't make any noise when I seat on but it make clicking noise whenever I push the brake pedal. First I thought it was the pedal by itself, but it does not make any noise when I just press the pedal with my hands.
So it is the seat!... Maybe my body press the seat differently when I press the brake. The dealer changed the frame for the seat, lube, tighten. NOT WORKING. I think the door under the seat and plastics are making noise but I can't find the exact part that causing the problem.
If anyone know, or had this problem let me know....Thanks..

By the way,,,, I had a quarter inch construction nail in my rear tires today.
LOST ALL AIR in ONE Minute. in the middle of Broadway in Manhattan.
Pulled car to the side walk, waited road assistance for 15 min, replace with donnut, went to dealer, then nightmare......HAD TO REPLACE THE TIRE> $500.
I knew tirerack will be cheaper but I had to pick up my wife and I can't drive to Queens with donnut... so had no choice. Anyway the Mercedes of Manhatten service was very good. The showroom and service area very nice. plus free espresso...(the cost of coffe was inculded in my tire bill

Same exact issue in my car and the same attempts to resolve the issue have yielded no improvement. I think I may have to ignore the phantom clicking and hope conditions improve in the 2010 refresh when I plan to upgrade to a CL550...

Let us know if you end up finding a fix, I'll do the same!

I am goin in again on Monday

I will drvie with tech on monday and see if he can pin point the parts.

If not, I will ask to change the whole seat assembly, since the car is only 1 year old and it had been serviced more than 3 times. I will let you know if I find the answer...

Hmmm.... Try driving with the front storage bin open and see if it goes away or changes. This may be yuour problem -

P-B-91.10/165 JUN08 Noises from the front of the driver or passenger may be caused by the locking system of the storage container in the front of the seat lubricant will be applied to correct.

This is funny, because My S is in the shop now due to a bad left side driver seat motor. They are afraid the Motor may of bent the frame(don't ask me how, just their assumption).

I'll have more info as soon as the service adviser gets back to me, when ever that is
