W209 CLK500, W221 S550
is the driver's side visor supposed to pop out?
is the driver's side visor supposed to pop out when you pull it down to block the sun? most cars it stays locked into the socket and you can just move it up and down but my w221 pops out and i can't lock it back unless it tilt it back up and then slide it in.

is this normal?

I agree with the above.
I guess you have to be able to see something is broken there. The visor is supposed to come off when you want to fold it to the side but it should not come off like that, just if you specifically pull it. Did you try your other visor?
