wierd shifting of S 600

Anyone ever had this?...
Sometimes when pulling out from a stop, the car kind of jerks into the next gear. Usually from lst to 2nd, but haven't pinpointed whether it is that or 2nd to 3rd. Definitely noticeable and not just a subtle little thing...

I had similar problems with trans on my new S550. the dealer flashed the trans ecu with upgraded software. now drives perfect. Hope this helps.

The cars have a different tranny though, would still not harm checking it they have a SW update.

Just started doing this?

In which mode, S/C?

Have never experienced issues w/various 600/65 gearboxes in many K mis of aggressive driving

Know that many SL63 MCT owners are not pleased w/clunkiness of MCT esp when <50F and/or at low speed...but the 5-speed MB boxes are among world's smoothest/most robust

Mine did this when I had it in C mode. After keeping it in S mode, it never happened again.

I bet it is only a software hiccup.

You probably just need a software flash.

Had a similar problem on my E320 cdi, obviously the two are far from the same car, but a simple trip to dealership which fixed the problem. My solution would be though to drive it only in Sport mode.
