Yeah you're right, I agree. My personal "happy place" limit with mileage on a CPO car is 30K, anything under that and with a good 70K+ Miles to go and at least 3-4 years Coverage and I'm happy.

For a CPO S550 with around 30K miles, I'd assume in $40's can be a nice realistic number to strive for once the '10 face-lifts roll out. Too bad I think the new E-Class looks hugely disappointing, as it narrows down my options if I want to move to another M-B.... I guess I shouldn't really think about it as I'm enjoying the one I have now and have no reasons to get out of it.

Ray Catena has/had a 07 39000 miles for 40k.
