It will fit BUT it is not a simple plug and play. There are many other parts in addition to the bumper cover that will need to be changed. The obvious ones are the lower mesh grills, the fog lights might be different, the side marker lights are different and I can assume that there will be parts that are not visible that will need to be changed. I did a conversion on an SL55 front bumper and I was amazed at the number of parts that had to be changed.
