The only source I truly trust for definition of terms like baller would be the Oxford English dictionary. As it's clearly denoted below, it is the fourth usage scenario being referenced herein, above in thread. I hope this clears up things for you.
----
Etymology: Middle English 'bal', from Old Norse 'bollr' and akin to Old High German 'balla'; combined with the commin suffix 'er' denoting one that does or performs (a specified action)
Therefore, a baller is, literally, 'one who *****'
Other connotations of the word include:
(N)
1. One who exhibits a consistent proficiency at-, or exuberant love for the game of basketball.
2. One whose person has been fully and successfully established in numerous social circles (esp. one who is extremely popular with both the male and female members of any given social group)
3. One whose status in society has been earned by one's possession of "game" (that is, proficiency at the game of life)
4. A person who owns a late model S550 Mercedes-Benz sedan which at the least is equipped with AMG body styling, Premium 2 package or above, and overly-sized wheels with under-sized profile tires with ECU tuning and minor exhaust modifications. Rear lamp upgrade to 2010 year model rear lighting is also been associated with such people.
(Adj)
1. Exhibiting those qualitites of a baller; not limited to the description of a person, 'baller' may be used to describe any place, thing or situation.
(N)
1. "Kobe Bryant... now THAT kid's a baller"
2. "Wanna be a baller, shot caller, twenty inch blades on the impala, caller getting laid tonight..."
3. "Hey yo! Don't let nobody else up in this booth. I see nothing but gansters up in here, I see nothing but ballers up in here..."
(Adj)
1. "This Sh*t is baller"
Suburbanation of 'Baller':
"Wow, that man is really quite 'on the ball'."

Pure comedy. Bad that is.
I see he has been banned, the OP that is. I have drove both the CLS and S, but at the end of the day I got the CLS. It's just preference.

You have no idea what you are doing! if i was you i would throw some wheels on your 550,tint the windows and put 2 hot blonds in the back seat and i am convinced you will forget about that cls.
if your 22 and you must sell the s550 then **** that cls and go with an SL.

Honestly, what's wrong with you guys? Not one person at least even skeptical that the Mr. wannabee baller boy is a troll?

keep the S550, build quality is better, I've been in both.
Do what I did to make is sportier... AMG facelift and exhaust, then lower the car... That would be better than getting the CLS in my opinion.
Either way, you'll be a happy Benz owner.
