w221 S550 to S65 conversion
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

"I got the S63 mufflers on my S350, it sounded NOTHING like you guys.....Mine sounds bone stock....maybe it's the V6??"
S350's are not sold in the US but are in Europe and other countries. Resonator delete on a V6 sounds a little more aggressive. Eisenmann makes a "Race performance" exhaust that has a tone that sounds very good to if you want to go aftermarket.
On a side note, MAN those cars looked good, the grille on the new face-lift S is just brilliant.

This is barely accelerating... If I punched it in my neighborhood I know everyone would be coming outside wondering where the Dodge Viper was... lol...

This is punching it... and it gets even louder as you accelerate on the highway.

Yes that's my conversion before I added back in the resonator. I tell you, it was straight up race car without the resonator. I need to update this thread with a new video with the resonator back on which I will do this week. Sounds like a stock AMG now, nice, deep, but not overly loud.
MTB & K-A,
That video looked like it was actual 2010 S63 AMG models. Where's the S350 w/ S65 exhaust sound clip?
The gold one must have the full S65 exhaust system with the resonator delete in order to sound like that. V8 is still more throaty and deep.

Both were made by MasterTuning to AMG 2010 model incl. amg conversion
I would only do the front apron w/ LED daytime, new headlights w/ night vision, and Rear tails.
That video with 2 S's rolling is nice. Never seen that gold color is it Designo or custom?
Once I do this change:
What do I do with the wires and bulb holders for the side makers?
How do I stop/prevent the "Side Marker Light Out" warning signal?
Thanks in advanced to the forum members for your help.
I am hoping that any body shop can do it and that it will be just strait bolt on and drive off.
No weird wind drags or gas mileage problems, etc.
Let me know the experiences.
Thanks
