s550 can you change the info on the bottom of the NAV
On the bottom of the NAV screen there is info that relates to location on where you are, the elevation etc. which is info not really needed unless you are stuck and need to tell the service company where you are.
can you change the info to include / distance to location, time to location etc.

Yes you can, I'm not near my car so i can't advise you. I have changed that, you have to go into the menu and delete it. Someone will come along and let you know,I'm sure.

Coordinates can be switched off, no manual? In addition, you should consider COMAND update (no cost warranty update) + navigation database update (at cost) search “Telematics” to research. If interested in doing so, PM email address and I will forward DTB for warranty work.
