wipers squeaks & skips on windshield

wipers squeaks & skips on windshield
it rained here in so. cal last week & I noticed that my wipers(new) squeaks & will also skips(bounce) across the windshield........have anyone encounter the same problem? any suggestions?

Replace the windshield wipers. Make sure you use those little alcohol swabs on the rubber before you install the new blades, else in a few months you'll suffer from the same squeaking.
And make sure you get decent blades. You get what you pay for.
