October Incentives
Hello,
I haven't seen these published yet, but 2 dealers told me today that October and September incentives are identical.
if anyone has anything else on the subject, please post away!
Thanks!

By the way, for people who have been working deals on this front, have the dealers told you they can't / won't LEASE the car AND use the Mercedes-Benz Trunk Money of about $13,000? Thanks!

...OK, so it would seem that the dealers trying to lease me a 2010 WITHOUT the benefit of the incentives (i.e. they're trying to lease to me at invoice only) are pocketing the proceeds of the marketing support cash?!?! Robbery, I tell you.
I think I've found a dealer willing to lease to me AND kick in the full value of the marketing support. We'll see what pans out. I dunno - I'm so fickle these days.

The dealer we work with gave 20k off on a 101K S, but looking for a $96K without the sport package. Probably get rid of E550 we got in the last year deals and go with the 2010 S.

Same as September
Yes, October is same as September. Count on $13K from MB plus they SHOULD discount as well for a total of close to $20K off sticker IMO. Problem is there's not many '10s left around and heard it's hard for them to swap so unless you like what's at a dealership you may have a problem getting one.

MBWorld Fanatic!
My BMW X5 was 15k/yr for 3 yrs with 70% residual...the final market value wasn't even close, LOL.

Just got $24k off a 2010 with Sport Package Plus 1, pano, black platinum designo, premium leather, power sunshades, split-view screen, rear entertainment. It wasn't very hard either, negotiations automatically started at $20k off, it took a half hour to get the other $4k.
There are still a lot of 2010 out there, this dealership had several (Anaheim MB) and I believe South Bay has more than that. They also said the 2011s should be here any day now so I believe you can get even more off once the 2011s arrive.

First time poster here (Hi everyone!). I just purchased a 2010 Black/Black S550 from Mercedes Benz of Manhattan. I think I came out pretty well considering my salesman informed me that 2011s are sitting at the ports waiting for delivery, and 2010s are going pretty cheap.
My car comes equipped with 4Matic (very few cars in NY don't...), Sport Package Plus One, Premium 2, Pano Sunroof, Night Vision, and Power Rear Sunshades. The MSRP was $110,145, and my out-of-the-door cost was $81,745. Almost 30k off cost (28,400 exactly). Taking delivery on Wednesday afternoon

My deal
Since I started the thread, I better man up and share my deal. First, don't let dealers tell you they can't lease & give you all the incentive cash. There is $10k on the car plus $3k for 4Matic. Lesser known cash is $5k demo car rebate and $2k if you also own a competing make of vehicle. So, heavy discounts abound. My car is configured as such: P2, Sport plus one, Designo Graphite paint, Illuminated sills, rear sun blinds, pano roof and heated steering wheel. It is a demo, sticker price of $115,125. Worked a deal with the very nice dealer for $0 down, 15k miles / year for 36 months. He is including a set of 18" wheels and Bridgestone Blizzak winter wheels & tires and all season floor mats. I don't feel comfortable disclosing my exact deal numbers, but the cost fell in the range of $1,400 a $1,500 per month. I am happy, taking delivery on Saturday. If anyone wants the PoC at my dealer, send me a PM.
I tried dealing with and went past four other dealers to get this deal and I have to drive 3 hours to get my car. But, it is worth it to me because I got the deal I want. What I'm saying is don't trust dealers who won't work hard to get you in the car you want.
my local dealer proposed a lease of almost $1,800 per month, same terms, but the sticker on the car was only $107k. It was a terrible deal which I almost took because I was frustrated. But patience prevailed and I'm on my way to a great car at a very good price.

Wow....well I am looking at a $100K car right now, and need only 10K miles a year and could go 39 if the rate is better. I was roughly quoted $1200 a month out the door with $2K down for 39 months, but feel I can do better with all the discounts. The ad for the whole year has been around that price give or a take a hundred bucks.

I initially told the salesman that another dealer was offering $26k off. He said no way. He said they would do $20k but not $26k. So I said fine, let's start the negotiations at $20k and see what you can do for me. After a half hour I got him down $4k by negotiating the monthly payment to a lower round number. I would've liked $1,200 but they wouldn't budge from $1,250. They said I could put money down but I said no way. The deal was dependent upon me having stellar credit.
They had a $93k S550 they were willing to go for about $1,050 a month.

Sticker $110k. Sale price $86k. Term 3 years, 10k miles, and $1,250 monthly. Drive off: 1st month's payment, registration, etc.

Yup.
I never took a look at the prices of the S class AMG nor have I seen anything here on MBworld.
