Warranty coming to an end - Issues persist

Then I had a problem with the key fob and especially the trunk release. Trunk would not work from the key, the handle or the door button. Cycle the car on and it worked. They said bad battery in the back and changed it. A week or so later, problem has returned.
I have an issue with parktronic. While I understand that you have to choose which mode of parktronic to use, every time I turn the wheel I get the error message about the wheel being turned too far. The parktronic was completely inoperable the first time I took the car in.
Then I have a noise which I thought originally might be brakes in the front left. It occurred at about 5 - 20 mph but it was present braking or when I was not using the braked but at the same speed. Dealer told me that I needed a front end alignment and change the tires. Both have been done and same problem.
I also have a problem with the radio/cd/sat radio/ipod cutting out for a second every now and then. Dealer told me it probably had something to do with the rear battery and since they replaced it, I should not have to worry anymore. Problem still exists.
So.... I have 150 miles left on this warranty and I'm getting ready to take it to the same dealer. Is this a wise choice. Also, what happens if they don’t get it right this time? Once I go over the 50K miles and I just stuck or will they take care of this problem if it reoccurs?
Anyone got any advice for me please? Thanks in advance.

Nothing but smooth sailing the next time I went in for a treatment! In other words, tell on their azz!
