Please Release Parking Brake Warning

So after a bit of research on a TSB document (P-B-30.30/65) provided by konigstiger regarding my 2007 S550, I have determined that the issue I have been having doesn't seem to be related.

Basically I am just sitting in the car on the phone or doing other work and all of a sudden the IC displays a red warning that says "Please Release Parking Brake" The ignition is in position 1 when this happens.

This will usually happen about 3 to 4 times and then stop completely. I have noticed that it will only do it when the car has been parked for more than 2 to 3 hours (or long enough for the on-board computer and systems to completely shutdown)

Video of it happening: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gstZHG5AgxU

So this issue has been getting worse. My dealer told me they will be replacing my front left speed sensor since they were getting ABS and ESP failure messages in the IC. If you watch the video I just took yesterday you'll see that a few things going wrong, all of which they say is related to the speed sensor. Any thoughts?
