converting 2007 tail lights to 2011

converting 2007 tail lights to 2011
is there any major modification required if i convert the 2007 tail light to the 2011 LED tail light type and is it a plug and play?

The KNOWLEDGEABLE answer is that you'll most likely need to replace the SAM unit as well, but what do I know I just go to ebay.

Was told that they're Iforge but I look on IForged site to find it in case I needed to replace a bent rims but didn't see the same rims...
