CD DVD changer is stuck / jammed with "DISK ERROR"
on 2008 S550, I have not load or unload CD/DVD for a while until yesterday evening. After trying to unload the CD, it just would not eject or load disc.
I hold the eject button, nothing happens, the command system just restart after about 10 seconds of holding the eject button.
At this point, red lights on the changer wont turn on at all. When I try to eject the cd, nothing happens and when i go to changer in the command menu it shows DISK ERROR like the in the picture below
can anyone please advise on maybe to reset the changer? or manually get the disc out?
is it possible maybe the motor to for the cd tray got stuck somehow?
please help....

Thanks to eric242340's instruction (from benz world):
I took out the changer unit then unplugged the wire at the back.
Left it alone for about 10 mins then plugged it back in and
...viola ... CD & DVD got ejected as it should!
lesson-learned = avoid the thin or self-burn CD/DVD.

Similar problem from self burned cd that came out severely scratched after a year. Disconnected car battery for different issues. Still jammed. Shows 3 disk but can't remove them. Any solutions?
