2012 s65 AMG style exhaust tips for 2008 s550?

2012 s65 AMG style exhaust tips for 2008 s550?
Hello
I am trying to get my s550 face-lift to s65. I found s65 style exhaust tips only on one site so far - its in HK.

Costs $469.00 + shipping - little more than what I ideally want to spend.
2 questions at this point
1. Does anyone know if there are other sites I may find it cheaper? eBay does not have this particular "diamond" style.
2. 2008 s550 does not have externally visible tips - tip is tucked under the bumper pointed downwards. How easy is it to install these s65 style tips - assuming it can even be done (welding??). Btw - I will be getting the s65 style bumpers so it will have the slots for the tips to show up.
Any help is appreciated.

That's acturally a good price. Cause I paid a lot more for mine. And you won't be able to just cut and clamp on cause the tips won't line up correctly. I had to bring it to an exhaust shop to have it fitted correctly on my car.

These look like they are sentered between the two tips. Wouldn't the second tip have to be off to the side towards the center of the car in order to lign up propperly to be able to use 63 amg bumper insert. Or even 65 bumper?

2012 s63 amg exhaust tip for 2012 s500 rear bump?
I have a 2007 s550 with exhaust tips/one each side pointed downwards too, i try to replace my rear bumper to 2012 s550 rear bumper, any one know 2012 rear bumper has enough slots to fit s63 or s65 exhaust tips ? do i need to replace 2 entirely exhaust system/muffler sets or just buy the the tips which can be cut and weld to them? just try to close to new Lorinser look.

thank you so much Brownbomer, the 2012 s550 bumper comes with diffuser(dealer told me), did you mean the slot size won't fix the s63 or 65 chrome tip which has two openings each side.
the s63, each muffer has 2 pipe extentions ? or one ? since i never seen the s63 exhaust systems .
