i have one that i kept (as i had to purchase the puck when i bought the s550 new - you'd think a $100,000 car would come equipped with this - but that's another subject) from my 07 s550. i think the newer models have this already integrated - i know my '12 cl550 does.
it is part number B6 787 5878 (HW 0706 SW: 1007) 07W 29. it's (roughly) 6.5l x 2w x 1h and snaps into the top part of your armrest. it's black with a silver accent running the length of the puck on top ending in a blue light that illuminates when you have successfully activated the "bluetooth." it worked well for me.
