Diff in 2007 Vs 2008 TIA!
I was searching for a while, but can't get a clear answer on distinct differences between 2007 and 2008.
Were there significant changes between the two years? I'm concerned about options, electronics and command. Should I be looking at 2008 instead of 2007 due to these changes?
Where there any significant changes in the lineup between 2007 and 2010?
I will be looking at a CPO S600. Thank you in advance.

Only minor equipment changes make their way onto the 2009 Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Both rear-wheel- and all-wheel-drive versions of the S550 now come standard with the Premium 1 package, which adds an electronic trunk closure, as well as heated and active ventilated front seats.
The Mercedes-Benz flagship gets a mild restyling for 2010, though the big news is that the S-Class gains a hybrid model that features the industry's first production use of a lithium-ion battery. There are also several new or enhanced electronics features.

2007 did NOT have real time traffic display, BUT this can be added by a software update to the Comand system. Not all dealers will perform the upgrade.
Most that will perform the upgrade charge less than $200. Another difference is early 2007 models had separate GPS and satellite radio antennas (one on the trunk lid and one on the roof). Later 2007 models had a single antenna on the roof.
