High Pitch Noise Issue
*Cross post here*
I dropped of the car last week at MB Greenway to take care of these sounds on a CPO 2008 CL. There are two distinct sounds:
1) low pitch buzzing/electronic interference sound when you change the air conditioner fan speeds from high to low. However, this noise also goes on even IF while the a/c is NOT on. This noise is easily replicated by doing the above.
2) medium pitch blow/whistle coming from the driver's side?

I just got the car back but I'm still hearing both noises.
Techs word:
"1) High pitched noise at low speeds or idling is the abc pump pulsation dampner noisey. Replaced the dampner and covered by ext warranty
2) Buzzy, interference noise from ac is a normal characteristic of the stepper motor of the AC system. Verified in comparable vehicle"
Its incredibly LOUD when I'm at a stoplight. I've never any of these sounds on my C or even my E. It doesn't feel like they fixed anything. Help anybody? I'm going to yell at them next week.
