Recommended brand/type of lubricant for door hinge, sunroof track, etc.
Anyone know what the receommendation(s) for lubricating the door hinges, sunroof rack, seat adjustment drive screws, etc?
Don't want to use the wrong type and attract dirt or what not?
At 90k miles, I want to lube everything to save wear on the various motors etc. and didn't find the specifics in any threads...silicon, white lithium grease, light oil, WD40, or whatever type/brand is recommended...

Daytime: Slow and easy with 2006 SL500 & 2003 S430 . Night time: Hard and Fast with my wife
I was going to start another thread to ask for recommendation on what would be a good 'stuff' to use on the door/window rubber seals ... maybe I use your thread here to seek more comments.
