S-Class in mainly used for one or two persons travelling : one driver/ vip ;-)
Of course you get 10 people inside but that is not the purpose I guess.. Travelling with five is fine as long as the passengers are < 200 LB each ..

No, it must be the 224 (or equivalent) option with individual rear seats that makes it a 4 passenger model. The standard models must have 5 seats.
