Exclamation Need your help and your experiences In Errors

Hey all, I hope y' all are good,
I faced lately a problem in my s class 350 when I went to the workshop a week ago and I asked to check my car if there is any thing as i'm feeing different . However, I got these errors as shown in the photo. They said you have to change the camshaft and i guess the wire almost three parts I must change them if iam not wrong. My observation on my car is that There are no strong power in my car as If i want to go fast " increase the speed " and some chipping at the following speeds 40 and 20 sometimes.
Anyway, they told me that this problem it was a Mis manufacturers was found in s class from 2006 until 2008 and they called for free repairing and that was only in United state not in Middle east as Iam.
then I asked them about the repairing for how long it will take and the answer is a week exactly because they need to take the whole machine I mean the engine out in order to repaire it. while others out of the Workshop say that it takes only three to four days but that based on an efficient an a professional hand worker but non could guide me to where.
Please help me if the problem it really takes a week for repairing and taking out the engine out of the car or other than.
Thanks you

I am presuming this is the same recall as my camshaft solenoid. Apparently it affected several MB gasoline engines, not just my 2007 S550.

Its a full day repair (4-6 hours), but NOT a full week repair. The camshaft solenoid was in stock, but the wiring harness which was covered with oil had to come from Germany, so I had to wait for the parts.

Hope this helps.

how did you know about that issue ?
Have you noticed any remarkable different while driving the car ?
and What is the maximum period I can have before repairing it
also the anticipated problems that may caused in the case of non-repair in specific time !!
because here's all workshops says the car must stay a week and that really an expected even if the parts are available as they are.

Those codes will not be fixed with the cam solenoid harness update.

Those are the codes you get when the balance shaft gear is worn. That is why the engine needs to come out, be disassembled and the shaft replaced.

Warranty pays around 25 hrs to do it.

so they are saying right, taking the engine out in order to replace the shaft with a new one and others needed parts that must be replaced with a new once ??
However, There is no warranty anymore they called for MB cars only in United States not in meddle east. I don't know why !
The price actually I'm going to pay is about $2000 with the needed parts.
but all i need now after discussing the issue is it really a week or not. Also IS there any problem later on after repairing when the engine is out then back.
or it based on the worker himself ?
another thing can i call them if they can do it or not i mean to contact with the company itself telling them about that as i'm one, who has a MB ?? or it's too late.
i'm going to upload photo later about parts that i have to change just to make things clear ..
thanks all for supporting me with information

I didn't know about the issue prior, the dealer just did it while I had the car in for Service B and some other maintenance. I think Shifter's advice is solid and your issue is different, as the dealer didn't have my car for more than 7 hrs.
