LED parking light...4 LEDs burned-out..can be repaired?

I have a 2010 Mercedes-Benz S550 4matic and I noted this morning that 4 of the 10 LEDs in the integrated parking light are out. Any ideas? Does anyone know if these can be repaired/replaced or does this involve purchasing a new headlight assembly/housing?

If you have skills in electronic repair, I think you can repair them. Mercedes use Osram LED unit. But part would be somewhat hard to acquire.

Else, you might have to replace the entire unit, quite pricey

same!

I just got my car of detailing shop today... and noticed the same!

I'm very frustrated!

How did you resolve your car's issue?

Turn signal works well.

Replaced the headlight assembly. Now other side has 4 out - don't wanna go through that expense again. May investigate repairing it. They are probably wired in-series, so it's probably 1 bad LED cutting off the other three. I have my old left side so I may spend some time on the workbench and see if I can figure or how to open it and see if there is a way to fix it.

You are probably correct. I used to repair BMW LED tails and the LEDs are wired in both series and parallel. There are several parallel string of LEDs that each comprise several LEDs connected in series along the parallel string. I would provide power to each of the non-working LEDs to see which one was actually not working.

2018 GLS550 & 2015 S550 gone but not forgotten: 2006 ML500 & 2014 GL 550
So is the bottom line, replace the headlight or is there a repair.
