Whats the fair price private sales?
It is in good condition, clean and clear carfax 30k miles, CPO which transfer to the next owner.
(In service day 7/20/2012, so CPO until 2017 and unlimited miles).
I think this car performs better than s63 since its putting down better than facelifted s63 on dyno
And its AWD
Black/black.
Gary's AMG kit
21' Niche wheels (18' factory wheels / tires as well)
Eurocharged stage2 tune
Zury's 3' catted downpipes
Lowering links
VIM with media player
Blacked out (vinyl + plastidip)
Candy red Painted calipers
Just looking to see where should i price my car at.

Post it for 51500, but I think 49500 is where you might see actual action.
Dealer will offer you 43-45k
Good luck

Very well done. Looks great. if dealer offered u 43-45 id grab it. doubt they would want any of the ad ons tho. Modded cars are a pain to sell, Id demod it put it to stock and sell the parts off. You will def get more. I laughed at a recent trade in offer on my 750, Iv never been impressed with large dealer offers.

The car looks mean blacked out. Reminds me of the Tumbler version of the Batmobile.

How come you're selling, you just finished blacking it out?

after two years they level out. buy it new and you will take a beating. Originally Posted by aznevoviii

speaking of the g63- have you driven one? very unrewarding to drive. archaic ergos, suspension and road feel. the pig is clearly visible through the lipstick.
just imo

Exploreyeah i used to have 09 G55 and I loved it.
its tank, i actually made money off of trading into a mercedes dealership.
I havent driven the new g63, but i would imagine its better interior than the 09! haha
the brand new g63 is $138k,
trade in value is $130k which seems pretty reasonable. haha

I always get bimmers & this is my 1st Benz, both are plagued by the depreciation issue which sucks!Originally Posted by aznevoviii

Depreciation is the reality, there is a big valley between new and even slightly used pricing on any luxury item. People that can afford 100K plus cars are rare, unless they lease. and those folks do not want used. The folks buying used are smart enough not to pay anywhere near new pricing for a car this expensive. My car went from over 100K new two years ago to 43K last week when I picked it up with 26K miles.

Tough spot. The kids that will drool over it have all of 30k to spend. The guys with the money will get turned off by the mods, and a dealer won't know WTF to do with it.
You need to find the perfect buyer, who can swing a 2012 and would have done those mods anyway. Is it on AutoTrader yet?

You will get the most money by returning it exactly to stock and selling the aftermarket stuff on CL. People buying this car tend to want a blank slate, including dealers. Not judging but just looking at that car would make me run because it looks like it is owned by someone who likes to go fast, and that type of owner tends to be very hard on very expensive to fix stuff.

Let's say a 2013 S550 had:
-- in service date of 1/1/13
-- list price of $108,880
-- 4MATIC
-- power side blinds
-- sport package
-- 19" AMG triple 5 spoke
-- heated wheel
-- illuminated sills
-- 10,500 miles
-- literally like new condition (no rain, etc...)
-- no modifications
What's that worth today in a private sale between individuals?

My guess would be $50k-ish. Perhaps a little less. Alx would probably know.
