AC whine
Just curious if anyone else notices a whine when the AC is on? It's not a whistle, had that addressed with a pulley change (TSB) awhile back. It almost sounds like the fan is running but it's rpm dependent. Since our fans are electric, I'm thinking it's not the fan but the compressor actually making this low pitch whine..

Okay, so I'm trying to determine if this is a normal sound or not. It is a very subtle but noticeable sound. Does anyone notice any different sounds when the AC is engaged?

Like a jet engine almost? Loud enough to hear inside the car and quite loud outside? I have the same issue on my W220 and from what i've read, it's the blower motor.

No it's not that loud. I'm going to try to upload a sound file shortly to clarify it for everyone.
